A prefabricated, stackable studio module forms the basis of a multi-level residential system. Individual levels can be conceived as independent homes, parts of a shared family residence or a combination of living arrangements. External circulation allows the levels to retain a measure of autonomy.
The proposal treats adaptability as a lasting residential quality. It creates possibilities for families and developers seeking homes that can accommodate change while preserving privacy, connection and a sense of belonging.
